1948-2019

Blake Haderlie, loving father and grandfather, passed away on May 4, 2019 in Orem, Utah surrounded by his family.

Blake was born April, 4, 1948 in Afton, Wyoming to Paul and Sybil (Harmon) Haderlie. He was the fourth of nine children. Blake attended school in Orem, Utah and graduated from Spanish Fork High School in 1966. He married his high school sweetheart, Peggy Jones, on August, 18, 1967. They were later sealed in the Provo LDS Temple, January 1979. Together they raised four beautiful children.

Blake loved dogs and children. He also loved music and playing the drums. He played for several rock bands throughout Utah. Blake was district supervisor for the Record Bar in the University Mall, Colorado, and Idaho for many years. He was also part owner and manager of Pegasus Records of Orem, Utah.

Blake is survived by his children, Amanda Colyar of Arizona, Ryan Haderlie of Utah, and Brady (Christina) Haderlie of Alaska. Granddaughters, Alexis (Colyar) Booth, Bailey Colyar and Brandon, Colten, and Kingston Haderlie.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Sybil Haderlie, brother, David Haderlie, son, Brandon Haderlie, and grandson, Derrick Adams.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, May 10, 2019 at the Berg Drawing Room Chapel, 185 East Center Street, Provo, Utah. A visitation will be held from 9:30-10:50 a.m. prior to services. Interment, Spanish Fork City Cemetery. Condolences may be expressed at www.bergmortuary.com.
